“Happy in variety”, Dora Graur Posted on May 28, 2013 by ComiX4= in The fight against racism | 0 comments<- “Slave the Day Away”, Katie Woznicki | “We Never Learn”, Emre Özdamarlar -> Back Next Picture 2 of 2 Summary The story is about an Afro-American boy, who is playing alone in the beginning because nobody wants to play with him and he thinks that this is because he’s different, black. His mother explains him that people might be various, might have other skin or eye colour or have other talents and qualities, but this does not mean that they are different. The boy understands it and next day when the teacher asks him what he would like to be when he grows up, he answers that he wants to be just a great and happy man. For this announcement, one of his classmates, a little white girl stands up and says that she just want to be his friend from now on. Biography I was born in Satu Mare, Romania.
